This year Casey and Brady signed up for the dedicated hunter program again so they had to spend a couple Saturdays spraying weeds for the county in order to earn their tag. It was well worth it when the tag arrived in the mail. Casey couldn't wait to get out hunting this year and even took both the kids for the weekend along with his dad, Chris and his girls, and Brady and his boys. They pulled the golden falcon out by Yuba and spent the weekend searching for their big kill. Unfortunate for them (lucky for me) they never did get their monster but had a great time in the outdoors. My kids are so lucky to have a dad willing to take them out on hunting trips. It surprised a lot of people that he took Kensie too, but Casey didn't want her to miss out and claims to have more fun spending time with the kids than actually hunting. He even took Gavyn out for a couple day. I know the kids will always remember these fun camping trips and will look forward to them every year.
