Yep, the tree's up! After coming home from the Smith thanksgiving party we got to work. Kensie has been after me since before Halloween to put it up and with us going to Vegas in a couple weeks we decided to get it done. We took the kids up to Hallmark and let them pick out their new ornament. Cael picked a lego Darth Vader, and after much deliberation Kensie picked a vintage Barbie called Campus Sweetheart. They couldn't wait to get out their past ornaments and while I was putting the ribbon on the tree I turned around and found that Kensie had pulled the wings off of her Tinkerbell ornament and the butterfly she's holding. Thank goodness for super glue with that girl around! Cael was excited too....he just hates the camera!
