We all gathered this morning to celebrate the birth of one special baby boy. It's been a year since he came in and out of our mortal lives so quickly. What a year it has been for Chris & Jakoye and hopefully they have some good times ahead. Jakoye's cousins put together a remembrance walk/run for him and it turned out perfect....just like our Baby Cade. We love and miss you!
